I didn't think the money was that great and generaly to many servers on the floor. They don't cut the front of the house when it's dead. I'd get aniexty really bad on Sundays because there would be way to many people working. They were good with scheduling or if you needed time off.
Pros Free meal and discounts in the store lots of team work. Cons To crowded staff wise, didn't cut floor when dead, never, cut or out on time ever.
